The golf shaft guys has been launched after several years of golf shaft
testing and 20 years of custom club making. We at the golf shaft guys put a
great deal of time and research into the golf shaft. We have all of the
latest state of the art shaft fitting equipment including the Accusport
Vector Launch Monitor. We use this equipment to properly measure several key
points in each unique golf swing to determine the best shaft, driver loft,
and yes even golf ball for your swing!
We take the information we gather, from your fitting session and we recommend
the optimum shaft and ball for you! You then can take this information and
have your favorite club maker or golf professional provide you with the
equipment, or we would love to do the club work for you. If you have
purchased that new driver or set of irons, we would be more then glad to
reshaft them for you!
Our goal is not to sell new clubs to everybody we fit but rather to make sure
that the clubs you have are fit for your swing. After all, your swing did not
come of an assembly line why should your clubs.
We are proud to say we are charging only $49.95 until the end of April for a
45 minute fitting session. During this time we will use the 200 plus
combinations of club heads and the best quality shafts on the market to find
the right combination of shaft and loft for your swing.
The system we use is completely portable, so we will bring it to you! We will
travel to parts of Ohio, WV, Michigan, and all over the state of PA as
necessary. We can set it up anywhere you wish, a local range, your home
course, or quite frankly any place you have the room to hit balls! We have
even done fittings at players homes who have there own hitting net. I have a
complete fitting cage set up and if you wish to travel to Perryopolis, PA
(about 45 minutes south of downtown Pittsburgh) we can do that as well.
We do every fitting on an appointment basis to ensure adequate time and
attention is given to everybody! We base our fittings on a 45 minute plan as
this is usually more then enough time to get the job done right. We will take
as much time as necessary to get all the required data!
